V MB Area B UIL Marching Contest (NO SAT/ACT!!!)

What students need to pack in their duffle:

• Show Shirt
• Black Shorts
• Extra Gloves
• Sunscreen, etc 
• Compression gear
• Black calf length socks
• Black Viper Shoes
• Dri-fit Top
• Red Water Jug (carry as needed)

What students will wear to morning rehearsal: Dot shirt, shorts, black shoes, shakos

What students will wear in performance: Full Uniform, gloves, shako, plume

What students bring on the bus: duffle bag with all items, garment bag with all hangers, instrument in case (unless on trailer), water bottle

Schedule:

7:30am Band Hall opens

7:45am Breathing Block and Mental runthrough in band hall

8:00am Protein Bars and hydration station available

8:15am Inspection

8:30am Depart for Pennington

9:00am Arrive and begin unloading

10:05am Section Time

10:20am Line up to head to warm-up

10:30am Warm Up Area B

11:10am Move to Gate

11:25am At Gate

11:30am TRIP-TYCH

11:45am Load Trailers (due to weather concerns)

12:30pm Depart Pennington Back to CHS

1:00pm Lunch Box at CHS, hang uniform- head home to rest

3:30pm Drum Majors & Shuttlesworth Head back to Pennington

5:00pm VARSITY REPORTS BACK TO CHS for Dinner/Review Video and tapes

5:30pm Inspection in Band Hall area

5:45pm Load and Depart for Pennington
