8:00am – Depart for San Antonio

12:00pm – Lunch en route (funds provided by CHS Band Boosters)

1:00pm – Arrive/Hotel Check-In (Hilton Palacio del Rio)

1:30pm – Student Check-in (Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center)

4:45pm – Student Meeting (Lila Cockrell Theater)

5:30pm – Auditions Begin (locations provided at check-in)

TBD – Dinner* (funds provided by CHS Band Boosters)

8:00pm – Auditions End

11:00pm – Lights Out

7:30am – Wake-Up/Breakfast (funds provided by CHS Band Boosters)

8:30am – Sectional Rehearsals Begin

10:30am – Sectional Rehearsals End

11:00am – Full Ensemble Rehearsals Begin

12:00pm – Lunch (funds provided by CHS Band Boosters)

1:30pm – Full Ensemble Rehearsals Resume

5:00pm – Dinner (funds provided by CHS Band Boosters)

6:00pm – Full Ensemble Rehearsals Resume

9:00pm – Dismissal

11:00pm – Lights Out

3:30-4:20pm – TMEA All-State 6A Concert Band Concert (Lila Cockrell)

5:00-5:50pm – TMEA All-State Philharmonic Orchestra Concert (Lila Cockrell)

6:30-7:20pm – TMEA All-State 6A Symphonic Band Concert (Lila Cockrell)

7:30-8:30pm – TMEA All-State Symphony Orchestra Concert (Lila Cockrell)

NOTE: Students will be released to their parents following individual concerts.
